Groundnut powder
Ingredients:
- Ground nuts -125gm
- Roasted bengalgram dhal-60gm
- Redchillies-25gm
- salt- as required
Procedure:
Roast the groundnut,remove seed coat.roast bengal gram dhal and redchillies,seperately grind.Later add roasted ground nuts and ground finely.add salt towards the end and mix.Store them in air tight container or poythene covers.
curry leaf powder
Ingredients:
- Curry leaves-100gm
- Bengalgram dhal-20gm
- Blackgram dhal-20gm
- Corriander seed-20gm
- cumin seeds-20gm
- Red chillies-10-15 in no.
- salt-as required
- Garlic-10 pods
- Oil-2tsp
Procedure:
Wash the curry eaves and dry them under shade.Roast bengal gram dhal,blackgram dhal,coriander seeds,and cuminseeds with little oil.Roast red chilies,and curry leaves.Cool for some time.Grind them in to fine powder.store them in air tight containers.
coconut powder
Ingredients:
- Dry coconut-150gm
- Red chilies-30gm
- salt-to taste
- Garlic-10 pods
- Cumin-a pinch
Procedure:
Roast red chillies with little oil,coo them for some time.grind red chillies in to fine powder,add graded coconut,salt,cuminseeds and galic pods at the end.Store them in air tight containers.
Nuvvua podi
Ingredients:
- Bengalgram dhal-50gm
- Gingelly seeds-100gm
- Blackgram dhal:1 tsp
- Cumin seeds-10gm
- Tamarind-10gm
- Salt-to taste
Procedure:
Roast all the ingredients and grind them in to fine powder.add the tamarind and salt at the end and store them in air tight containers.
